I have been looking into a lot of different bindings for my new board I just got and have always been leaning towards the hyperlites just because they are the only ones that my local sporting goods store really carries. but after reading around I am undecided because a lot of people talk about the poor quality of them. Maybe I need to look into getting some LF shane's instead?? Anyone really have a preference between those and the Byerly's??

Hyperlite boots are really good boots. If you do end up having a problem with them they have a great warranty program. Up untill my last pair of boots all of mine have been hyperlite. I have been riding since 95 and have gone through 5 pairs of hyperlite bindings with no problems at all. I now ride the one boots from ronix. I think you'll be happy with hyperlite.
