Thanks Joe, you motivated me to get my boards picked up. They were kinda scattered everywhere. I guess its time to buy another rack.

you live an hour from tahoe and only have one snowboard? You need to trade one of your extra wakeboards for and extra snowboard.

Joe - Why don't you just put a bid in on the Bu, looks like it doesn't see much action, sure you could find a way to put it to good use.

I'll try to get a picture of the racks in my garage.

I have a common garage, but I was one of two people that got a real storage unit (not just chain link fence). Here is the start of the 'toy box'.

Future plans to add a work bench and more of an area to hang things up.

Why not just leave them in the racks on your boat? They work great. Sorry, not to rub in the fact that my boat lives inside with a full size roll up door and is seconds from the water.

My snowboard lives in the gear closet at my house in tahoe. (Not to rub that in either)

hey ronia,

http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/messages/1/374971.html?1159849979

just cause our boards are on the wall, doesn't mean we don't ever ride it. some of us take pride in how our garage/house looks.

would it be a bad idea to just put screws through the holes for fins to hang your wakebaord on the wall? I plan on doing that to get mine out of the floor.
Old     (99_slaunch)      Join Date: Oct 2005       10-07-2006, 4:15 PM Reply
No not a bad idea if you plan on leaving it on the wall. If you plan to ride that board again I don't think I would do it. I think it would suck to unscrew the board every time you wanted to ride it. It would look cool though.
Old    malibu73            10-07-2006, 4:25 PM Reply
Well, I just want to do it over the winter. I don't plan on riding it again untill spring. I'm just worried about it damaging the board.

You forgot to list the boat.
Old     (guido)      Join Date: Jul 2002       10-09-2006, 9:35 AM Reply
Ha, ha, sorry guys... Seriously I wasn't trying to rub it in. LOL

Joe, we rode yesterday. My ribs still aren't 100%, but I'm definitely down to ride again. I'm still a little nervous that if I fall hard I'll be back in the same place I started. I was definitely stoked to ride again. I don't think I've gone 3 weeks during the summer without riding in about 5 years.

Give me a call. You know we'll be riding all winter.
