I want to make my system completely automatic. But the only thing I am unsure about is how to tie in the front sacs under the open bow seats to the existing system. So if anyone has pictures of their set-up and/or a parts list I would be grateful. Also for the rear tanks, if I just T off the in line to the hard tanks, will that work. Will the fat sacs fill all the way and empty all the way? Or should I just take the hard tanks out completely, and add a pair of 600 pounders!?

I completely removed the hard tanks on my 02X, added 2' extension lines to the existing ones and then plumbed them into the sacs. I also added quick disconnects just prior to the waterbed fittings so that I would have to keep screwing and unscrewing the fittings. The sacs completely fill and drain just like the tanks.

I would also like to plumb in 2 sacs under the front seat but I haven't gotten around to that project yet.

I really like the look of this setup and hope to do something similar soon for the bow:

Does anyone know if the pump has enough suction power to fill and empty a hard tank/ballast bag combonation on a "Y" setup... or would I have to manually shut the valves individually to fill and empty. I ask because i want to keep the tanks in the back and just add 250 lb bags that can be removed and isolated from the tanks with valves and quick disconects.

you could do like P-Hat did, but buy another ballast pump for the front... that would make it automatic.

BTW, are you any relation to the Jessups in San Jose?
