I have a Centurion Lightning, a V-drive. The rotation of the prop favors wakesurfing for regular footers on the Port side. We set the wakeplate all the way up for regulars on the port side.

We set the wakeplate from 100% to 50% for goofy footers on the starboard side. We set the wakeplate to 100% when we have a lighter load and lower when we have a sizeable crew.

We have a Modius V and we set the wake plate at 75% up. It throughs a huge clean wake!! The more weight you have in the boat the lower you can put the wake plate and get a big crisp wake.
