new to the game

just started wakeboarding this summer. been out 3 times so far (i know, rookie). love the sport though wish i would have started earlier. i just purchased my first board, still waiting for it to get here. its a slingshot 142. just heard from friends that its a really fun board. rode 3 diff boards and cant really get comfortable yet. hopefully having my own board will help. still learning all the terminology. been watching some beginner videos on youtube. any advice would be appreciated it!!! thanks.

Congrats and welcome. What bindings did you get? I would recommend getting the video set called "the book". Great learning tool.

got the 07 driver bindings. came with the board. did the package deal on boardersbestbuy.com the whole set up was 800 norm. but got it all for 270. so cant complain...
