I am a beginner to wakeboarding but already have a lot of balance on the board and am beginning to do tricks. I dont have my pylon yet but can already land a 360 off the wake (but tend to fall after). There are so many out there i just want some opinions. I plan to get a lot better and throw some bigger tricks.

I am looking for something that has some good stability in the landing and is pretty light. Im pretty tall (6'3") and light (170lbs).

Any thoughts???? Thanks.

I'd recommend the Liquid Force Substance 138 or the O'Brien Valhalla 138. The Valhalla will be slightly more aggressive up on edge, but this can be adjusted by removing the crook fins, if you want a looser ride. If you don't have a local shop to support, shoot me an email, and I can put some deals together for you. Let me know if you have any questions.

Demo boards if you can. The CWB Absolute and Marius are two more favorites. I would also try bigger boards to see what you like.

Hey Mat,

if theres a GatorBoards dealer around you,
check out the Briscoe.
Thats the main board we sell to people at your level that have the same needs.
It offers nice tracking and has a very stable design. So when you land those 360s, you can stick 'em!
