Would like to buy a leveling kit for my 2011 F350. What should I be looking for? This is the first one I found

http://www.suspensionconnection.com/...con/22970.html

Is that what I'm looking for? Sounds pretty easy to install myself.

Thanks!

Reading through the directions it sounds like I need new shocks. I also notice this one is for a 2.5 inch lift. I'm really only going for the leveling aspect. I'm not looking to "lift" the truck. Would something like 1.5 inch or the like be better?

So your front end is lower than the rear?

Yes, the F350's on the front are a bit lower. The 250's come pretty level from the factory.

You also need to watch the angles that it can put on the front joints if you go with too much of a lift which is only really and issue if you were off road a lot.

Not a lot of off road. Probably no where near enough...

I have a Pro Comp level kit for a 2006 f350. I put it on for one week and then decided to lift instead. It comes with shocks. If you want it it is your free. Just pay shipping. The pro comp # is24515 see if it will work for you.

Check out the leveling kit made by ICON Vehicle Dynamics. Their 2.5" kit includes New Coil Springs and 4 New Shocks specifically valved for the Superduty. This kit provides both additional suspension travel and a better than stock ride. Definately pricier than most coil spacer kits, but completely worth it.

Leveling kits are simple to install. I did one on one of my Dodges in a couple of hours. Just make sure you have a spring compressor to reinstall the springs. You can borrow one from most auto parts stores like Auto Zone. Check out http://www.hellbentsteel.com/product...ling-kits.html
They are reasonably priced and make a quality product.
