My intentions of it is that they kind of split it into two different divisions to make it a little more fair. There was an article on wakeworld not to long ago that you can check out

Basically, they created a new division to differentiate guys in the same age bracket between those that aren't going pro vs. those that pretty much already are:

Junior Men ages 14-18 – no apparatus

Junior Pro Men ages14-18 – with apparatus

This is consistent with the rest of the amateur divisions that ride in Wake Games, Nationals & Worlds. In theory, this will increase participation in this age bracket. I believe it will since there are many great riders in this group that aren't throwing TS900's or as proficient on rails as those soon to be Professionals.

because on the PWT there is only Pro Mens and Jr Pro Mens. Regular jr mens is only going to be at wake games. I would also think regular jr mens will be at nationals and worlds as well but im not sure of that.

You are correct Tony, WG, Nationals & Worlds will have the non Pro Jr. men's. similar to what they have now in Pro men and then you drop down to Men's 1. No apparatus.
