I bent mine on my DD a few years back. Wasn't that hard to replace. Just had the dealer that I bought my boat from to order me a new strut. There are some markings on the strut but not much. I would either contact Sanger dealer or sanger themselves for the proper one. Dealer guy lent me his shaft puller and removed everything myself. Biggest thing when you bend a strut is to make sure the drive shaft is still straight and hopefully it is as this can be a spendy piece to replace on top of a already bent strut. When replacing the strut put some marine silicon around the base and each bolt going through the hull to keep watertight.

You just need to make sure you have the right shaft diameter and degree of strut.those are the 2 things that need to be the same as the one you took off.
I just did my 03 Tige for example1 1/8" shaft with a 16 degree angle. Not sure what your boat would be ..but thats what you need to know.Good Luck.
You need to take a look at the shaft to make sure its straight. I didnt even know mine was bent until i started taking on water because the strut being bent pushed my shaft over about 3/4" where it comes through the boat and it wore my shaft seal and caused a leak.So take a look at that too and make sure it didnt get damaged.

I got lucky and the shaft was not bent just pushed over..but you do need to make sure its not bent.
