Part question, part warning.
The new to me Rankin cover I bought from another WWer has slightly worn ends at the rubrail hooks. Much to my horror it one of the hooks put a big deep scratch on the side of my boat right on the top next to the step plate in a very visible area as I was installing the cover last night. The scratch is about 2" long, nearly all the way through the gelcoat so I don't even think I can sand it out. Anybody else have this problem with their Rankin cover?
