We are looking at a 2008 21v and test drove it yesterday. The swim plat form is below water when running at idle, which seems strange to us? Can anyone tell us if this is the norm for the supra? The ballast tanks were empty.
The owner said he 03 supra was the same way?

If there is no weight in the boat it should be about level with the water. Once you stand back there or load the ballast it will be under water. It is normal for that boat.

Ok, thanks. Our other two boats would be just above water when standing on them. Simple but important for us.

I owned a 09 21V. The swim deck bottom was level with the water, which would provide a dry deck at idle.
