Classifieds didn't have a spot for rooms, so I just threw it here...hope nobody minds but...
I've got a room, maybe two available in a huge house on the Butler Chain of lakes in Windermere Florida(still Orlando). This is the sickest chain of lakes around. House has a dock with lift, upstairs deck, massive patio, etc. this house has it all. If the rooms are rented then I'll get a boat, until then I use my parents Wakesetter 5mn down the road on their lake.
