Hey that's my riding spot in Long Beach! lol. Crazy that this video came up. Just last night there was some dude that showed up with a blue classic truck on a trailer. He launched it like a boat. Then he pinned it and it went like 5 mph! haha. He went out and then rushed right back in. We were cracking up thinking it looked like a slow bleed. There is always always some nut job here in Cali tinkering around with crazy stuff. That's what I love about this place.

That thing starts at $200,000 but hey it runs mid 12's in the 1/4 mile and 60+ on the water just got to have deep pockets.

In Richland , WA on the Columnbia River before they built a bridge between Richland and Pasco some guy would drive a Amphicar back and forth across the river for his daily commute. This would save him ~15 miles each way by not having to drive down river to cross on the next closest bridge.
