board racks ??

i am visiting America in two weeks time and my friend wants a set of board racks for his boat, does any one know of a good dealer, i will be staying at cocoa beach for a night and then traveling up the 95 to newport.

How much does he want to spend and is there an special features he wants? (Spin into boat, quick release, etc).
