What do you do when.....

You have been trying to get a hold of your dealership for quite some time and they finally return your call to tell you that the dealership is closed! When asked about the partner the guys response "oh he has been gone for over a month". What the hell. They owe me a new cushion. I guess I should have taken note of the warning signs like being dicked over numerous times by them on a brand new boat. I guess I need to know about warranty work; will other dealerships do warranty work on the boat even if I didn't buy it from them? Thanks for the help in advance.
