Anyone else having a problem with the tail snapping right behind the binding on Ronix One boards?

Happened to a friend of mine, but I can't remember exactly where the break was.

I had an 09 viva that snapped... but it was right between the boots. My impression is that the earlier ronix boards weren't the most durable... but who really cares? The Ronix warranty program is sick. On several occasions they've sent me new decks that were newer models than the damaged ones i sent back.
