I don't want to buy cheap ones that will fail. Any suggestions on which product to buy? I would like to have yellow or green lights. Looks like all kinds of prices listed on E-Bay for these. Whats the best and what should I steer clear of? Thanks!

I have Abyss and like them. They offer green in the larger 1515 but they're $500+ per light. Shadow Caster also offers green but you're looking at about $600 per light for theirs. They do have some smaller offerings coming though that will be less expensive.

Ive seen the Lumites, Sea Blaze in action and held them in my hand. They are well built and quite bright even at the Sea Blaze 2 level however you have to step up to get the green lights.

We offer Mako and Abyss underwater lights and consider Abyss to be our premium light. The reason is that Abyss is a long term player and an OEM supplier for several of the better boat builders. Every concern that we have ever raised Abyss has already dealt with it. Just one example would be when we had questions pertaining to cooling when the lights are out of the water as the boat is on plane, they had already made the necessary voltage adjustment in the external power supply of the larger products.

I've tested my Abyss 600's out of the water for 3+ hours and had no issues with heat.

Why doesn't anyone consider the products from OceanLED? They are a front running in the luxury Yacht market and have all sorts of sizes. Their Amphibian series are good.
