Just wondering what kind of surf wake a Ski Nautique 2001 can throw? Pics?

You'll need a big board.

I have a slightly newer nautique and actually dialed in the wake with 5 gallon water jugs to figure out how much and where I needed the weight, then bought the appropriate sacs.

You will for sure need the biggest sac that fits in the ski locker, then about 4-500lbs on one side of your rear storage (depending which way the prop turns.) 200lbs in the front of the boat on the same side and 2-400lbs in the hull as far back as you can place it on the same side, then 2-3 friends to somehow sit on the side all the weight is on. Last some duct tape to cover any vent holes that may take in water as at this point your rub rail should be the water line. Drag that setup between 8-11mph depending on how long you want the pocket vs how tall of a wave you want and just remember I assume no liability whatsoever. Your wake should be sick and if you have a big enough body of water you can try slightly turning one way or the other to enhance the wake (who says you need a $60k boat). Oh and you will only be able to turn one way, so keep that in mind as well. Be careful and have fun.

I'm talking about a mid to late 80s Ski Nautique 2001 model. I don't own one, but I'm thinking about getting one.
