Josh Twelker alliance vid- STYLE

Twelker has sick style. Have watched that about 20 times now and still not tired of it. Awesome-just wish it was longer.

So cool to watch. Twelker is the man, and he's just getting started. I can't wait to see what he's doing in a couple more years.

In the BodyGlove team video, it's not hard to notice the different in west coast and east coast style. I never really paid much attention, and for the most part, just thought that the coast to coast style variance was mostly BS. But Trever and Josh's riding looks drastically different from Rusty and the others. There's definitely more emphasis on the grabbing and jabbing out in Cali. Not taking anything away from the East Coast riders. Rusty is obviously in the elite class of the worlds best. It just looks different.

Jarrod, that style transcends any sort of west coast vs. east coast style. Every rider, west or east would love to be able to grab like that and ride like that. His style is definitely unique to him and if anything would be just a mixture of different styles of riding from everywhere. To me you see some Rusty, Rathy, Harf, and Vandall in there with a little Ruck at the end. Some damn impressive riding

'm glad to see Mike Schwenne's grabs starting to catch on with some others. Anybody notice that sick fakie to method 180 (not sure what else to call that)? Looks just like the one from the Vandall video posted the other day.

Love that 180 to method or whatever it's called. He's been doing that trick for a long time (not saying he's the first). Check out about 50 secs in to this clip from a couple years ago.

So I was going through my pics from The Boarding School when I visited last fall. I remember taking part in a photo shoot that BoardCo was doing one morning (and I just road along in the 230). I knew Melissa M when I saw her and I met a few young studs who were ripping it up behind Shauns 230. I didnt realize they were Josh Twelker & Jacob Valdez until today lol

Those guys were sick!!

And in one of the Alliance videos from November '11, sure enough there I am in the 230.
