In my RV. I don't have an offical campsite, but that never stopped me before. The RV is self contained, as long as I find a place to launch the boat.

Hey J-rod,

I just talked to the ranger at Shasta and she said I can stay at Jones Valley Inlet. It's undeveloped shoreline camping. It's not assigned site camping. She said, basically I can park wherever I want as long as I can fit the RV.

Up the Pit arm just past Arbuckle Flat. You'll find sweet water most of the day even if the lake is crowded, and it will be this weekend.

Ant Bug is the man!!!!!! With a 4-5 hour drive ahead of him, he stuck around to unload and help me detail the boat. Excellent display of generosity. I highly recommend his company.

It was good to see all the guys n gals up @ Shasta having such a good time together... Great to meet ya Ant & thnx for the redbulls.

Wish you guys would have stuck around for the fireworks show/battle between our houseboat and the neighboors... It was off the chain, back and forth till he busted out a huge cake with 25 3 inch mortors n shut my #($)^ down.
