I am looking to order the 2011 Liquid force harley grind.. but i do not know whether i should get the 139 or 143. THe chart says for the 139 the weight is 140-225 lbs. and the 143 is 170-260. I am about 5'10" and 175 lbs. I'm an experienced rider with a few inverts and 5's.

Go with the 139. I'm of the opinion that one should always go with the smaller size in situations like this. It's gonna be more maneuverable and more fun.

I would also go with the 139, Im about 5'11'' and 165 and I rode the 139 Harley the other day. Its a super fun board and for your body size I would say a 139 would be just right!

I'm 6' 170lbs and I ride a watson 143 and I love it but have ridden my brothers 139 harley and mine back to back a few times and the difference in size isnt nearly as noticeable as the difference in the way both boards ride.

At 175 pounds, absolutely go with the 143. It will be more stable, land better, and pop more.

Something that no one has mentioned yet, ride both boards if at all possible! Any respectable shop should have a demo program that allows you to ride boards before purchasing, or at the very least a %100 satisfaction guarantee once purchased. It boils down to preference, especially since you fall into the weight range for each board. It sounds like you like to spin, so maybe a shorter board will help that, but if you head to the cable, you might want a longer board for stylish presses. Again, it's all preference so ride both if your home lake isn't frozen! On a technical note, keep in mind that the Grind base tends to make the board feel a bit 'looser'. A 143 has more surface area, hence more bouyancy, hence a more 'loose' feeling for an underweighted rider. For whatever it's worth, my personal opinion is to go with the 139. I think you'll be happier. The biggest guys in wakeboarding are riding the biggest boards. A 143 is getting close to the longest board available and you don't sound even close to some of the bigger guys out there.
