Something that no one has mentioned yet, ride both boards if at all possible! Any respectable shop should have a demo program that allows you to ride boards before purchasing, or at the very least a %100 satisfaction guarantee once purchased. It boils down to preference, especially since you fall into the weight range for each board. It sounds like you like to spin, so maybe a shorter board will help that, but if you head to the cable, you might want a longer board for stylish presses. Again, it's all preference so ride both if your home lake isn't frozen! On a technical note, keep in mind that the Grind base tends to make the board feel a bit 'looser'. A 143 has more surface area, hence more bouyancy, hence a more 'loose' feeling for an underweighted rider. For whatever it's worth, my personal opinion is to go with the 139. I think you'll be happier. The biggest guys in wakeboarding are riding the biggest boards. A 143 is getting close to the longest board available and you don't sound even close to some of the bigger guys out there.
