just would like to get some feedback on how you are weighting your boat. Had 05 210 and with stock ballast and 3 0r 4 people had great wake with good lip. Was wondering how much weight and ballast and where in the boat to get that wake on the 07. With stock ballast not much lip at all. Thanks

Are the lockers angled in the 07's? To get more lip you will need to add weight to the stern. Either use the Fly High Nautique Wedge sacs (42" x 18" x 16" x 6", 280lbs. each / 560lbs. pair) or the Fly High V-Drive sacs (42" x 16" x 16" 400lbs. each / 800lbs. pair) depending on the shape of the rear lockers. You could also add a tube sac in the walk way for a little balance. Just my thought. The only 210 I have ridden behind was a Byerly Edition so I don't have experience in the 2007.
Thanks,
Spencer@wakemakers.com

Add about 800 lbs to the rear and about 300 to the bow on top of stock and you'll have a nice lip.

Spencer, the lockers on the newer 210s are not angled like the old ones. The Fly Hogh V-Drive sacs or the X-2 sacs work well in the newer 210s. The Byerly has the same hull as the 07. The belly tank is shaped a little different between the 07 and 09 though.

Thanks Aaron. Do you know what the width is on those lockers? Davis, might as well save the money and go with the V-Drive sacs.

I don't have my 09 yet so I can't go measure. I want to say they are approx 24 inches wide. I ran the X-2 sacs in my 07 with no problems.

I hated the new Nautique tower when I first saw it, but now it's really growing on me. It looks really nice in person. Nice boat Nick.

On my 2008, I run stock ballast plus +/- 200-250 lbs on each side in the stern and about 200 lbs in the belly locker.

With this setup, the lip isn't as strong as on the old hull, but there's definitely kick off the top. I like it a lot (and I loved the old hull). It's a big difference compared to the stock ballast.

Thanks for posting those up Jay. You're getting me all excited. It's really not my boat, it's the new family boat. Going to get alot of use though this spring.

Plenty of room in the '08-'09 v-drive storage compartments for v-drive sacs.The approx. size is 45"L X 20"W X 16"D.

I took a few sets last week behind Jr. Men's rider Alex Graydon's new 09 210 and it was money... wider than I'm used to but nice tranny and big pop. It's the same color way as the one above and looks amazing.

Not quite sure on exact lbs...
the 4 grey ones(1 in each locker) 1 on bow & 1 on the rear bench are the Fat Buddies.
And the big red one is the FAT BOY. - looks like each buddie is 280 and the fat boy is 580 so looks like 1700 total above the 900 internal. Not too slammed - but just right. Wake is BIG. I got a pic somewhere on one of these threads, of the wake, but I didnt have the big red one filled that day. I gotta get a updated pic with this setup soon - prob next weekend.

Thats crazy, there is just as much transition inside the wake as there is out! Definately one of my favorite wakes
