Ok, everytime I throw it I but check it and pull myself up. However, I tryed to over rotate it and the hold side of the front of the board clipped the water and threw me out of my bindings and I ate s#$%. I don't understand, exactly how far of the rotation are you supposed to throw it?

thanks

just let go of the rope with your back hand and tuck into a ball as soon as you get into the air. One thing that helped me get the rotation around was grabbing Indy actually, since the back hand isn't doing anything in the air, this would force myself into a tighter tuck and would flip faster. Once you see the shore/water again then you can start to untuck. Until then, just keeped tucked the entire time otherwise you'll keep buttchecking everytime.

Learn the flip on a tramp first. Throw your heals as hard as you can and look down your body. Throwing your heals HARD will give you time to stall the flip and look down your body

cut outside the boat..then let the rope get tight, after it gets tight cut as hard as you can at the wake then flatten off about 5 feet before, wait for the pop, and then just throw a frontflip like on the tramp..you landing will come quick
