So Labor Day weekend basically symbolizes the end of the summer season. We work all season to land those tricks, and look cool doing it, well...My dad decided that he had worked all summer to build his strength and finally came out with us yesterday (monday) to try and end the summer one a really high note!!!
Here are a few pics,

Butta-Slide!!!
Butta-Slide!!!

He went out and ripped it up. a few butter slides, and a couple of wake bounces, a minor mousetrap (face-plant in Jersey terms) and rode for about 3 miles based on the PP readings, it was a great time and we are all proud of him.

...oh yea by the way, my dad is 69 years old!

It was fun sharing this time with him. We even turned on the tower system for him to have some music, ironically POD - Youth of the Nation was the next song on the disc!

Take time to hang with your parents, you can learn a lot. Even after being around them for 29 years, I still am learning from my mom and dad.
