Are you talking about getting into a switch riding position? If so, then do it while you are getting up at first. Just do everything the same as you do getting up regular but then when you would normally begin to turn the board into your normal riding position...turn it the other way and pull the handle towards what is normally your rear hip.

Justin, once you're up switch, if you're having trouble with your balance, try dropping your back hand from the handle ... that helped me a lot. I may not know any tricks, but riding switch is something I do pretty darn well!!

Slow the boat speed down to about 15 MPH or so. Stand in the middle of the wakes (directly behind the boat), and practice going from regular to switch stance there. The reason you slow the boat speed down is so the water is mushier, and your fins release easier. Keep your weght slightly leaning away from the boat, so you don't faceplant. From there, bring the boat back to normal speed, and try doing it out into the flats. This is what we call the "Graduation Ladder". You start off with baby steps, and advance using several steps along the way, until you are doing it wake-to-wake. I'm not going to explain the whole ladder for this trick, but those are the first two steps.
