Every year we do this - get towed using a wakeboard rope at 21 mph, then to a whip and surf at probably close to 30 mph. :-) It's a blast.

I did that recently at Shasta on our Walzer. It was the first time, and it was a blast. Definately a different ride. I bet different boards would definately handle differently doing this. Feels like this board was definately designed for slower speeds though. Will be trying it again sometime soon.
