How is the wake on these boats? Whats the proper way to weigh it? I like steep wakes like a Super Air Nautique Wake. Would I like the wake on a Mobius? Does anyone have any photos of there mobius wakes?

for the difference in price you'll learn to like the wake.

If you like the steep narrow wake... look for a boat with a deep vee or narrow beam... my Supreme V220 has a 90 inch beam... with weight in the back... it gets very steep... putting more weight in the front mellows it out.

needs at least 60% of back weight in front or washes out. these pics are at about 25mph with 1400# in rear and 750# or so in front. 3 people in boat.

Kyle,
I have an 06 LSV.. same hull as 07-08. I have 400 in front and 750s in rear. If you fill up 750s, you better add to the front! There is a guy on the Moomba.com messageboard that just plumbed in an integrated bow sac. My boat loves forward weight. We went out the other night and had a couple of 200+ guys in the bow and the wake was awesome. I think I have a pic a home, I'll see.. With the wakeplate, you can make adjustments to the steepness.. all the way up, it's pretty steep. I usually fill the rear to about 60% full They come with 400's in the rear and they are fine for wakeboarding, I have 750s for surfing..

I have an 07 Outback V a lil different but again it loves weight in the front. I run Stock (800 in the rear and 400 in the locker) plus 550-750 in the nose wake plate 3/4 down. Nice wake.

Sick thanks for the input guys! Hey Shane, could I come ride with you sometime and try out the wake? I live in east Vancouver. I can bring out some new slingshot stuff from work if you want to try anything, and of course gas money too.

Heres the link for My integrated Bow sack install from Moomba.com, I'm still playing with getting the wake just right, but it's money at 22.5 to 23 mph and 70 ft. some of my friends ride longer and the wake's a little washy farther back but I will get it straight soon enough. I'm going to check the speedo with a gps next time I'm out.

the wake gets really steep. we run 800 in the back plus whoever is in the boat...600 in the center and 500 up front. the wedge allows you to shape it to your liking but if you weight it like that, the wake is unreal.
