Can some please tell me how to run power and ground to batteries from driver side where I will mount WS420?

Don't know if this is the answer your looking for but.

I ran 12 gauge speaker wire around the nose of my boat to the distribution block that all my stereo is powered off of.

basically did the same, around the nose on our current boat and fished it under the floor from side to side on the old one. Ground and power the 420 to the same place as your amps and head unit if you are running one to avoid noise issues later.
