Any Dubuque, Iowa riders

I'LL be in dubuque this weekend fri-sat-sun.Is the river going to be to high to ride? Going with a friend that has a 28 ft. Sea Ray (no ski boat this weekend) Any one need a third person? Thanks, Keith

Not looking good Keith, I'm an hour down river and the river is flooding again and crests here in Davenport on Friday. Locks are shut down. If you can find a high launch site or if your friend keeps his boat in a slip you should be able to get out, be extremely careful of the currents and debris, it is very dangerous at its flooded stage.
