Random question.....My gym has a spin class (24 hour fitness) and they have clips on their spin bikes.

Does anyone know what kind of clips they use? I would like to get a set.

Some spin bikes use Look style pedals too. Most I have seen are SPD and some are SPD/Look.

Which reminds me if anyone has a pair of size 45 SPD shoes used for spinning or mtn biking sitting around they aren't using I could use a pair!

Its winter and cold and my new SPD/SL shoes are sitting in the garage by my bike. Warmer to ride in spin class!

Size 45 converts to a size 11 US I believe.
