Why do I need a boat?

I'll never forget the first time my kid (who is now 7) got up on his board. He was 5. It was so cool to hear other boaters applaud and cheer for the little ankle biter. That was more gratifying than any trick I ever pulled off. He is the biggest reason I bought my new boat. Happy birthday!

Well, she got a new swim suit and swiming lessons from one grandma. The other grandparents hooked her up w/ the wetsuit and new vest. We sprung for the new board.

No fat sacs for her just yet :-)

Give it another year or so.

What size is the board? And what are the smallest bindings out there?

Misty - The board is a (shhh) Hydroslide. You can pick it up for about 120$ (thats including binding) at a local sports store (I got it from acadamy).

Brad - Its a 120ish (121 I think - she is 47.5 inches tall). And I found some xxs bindings from hyperlite (i think) at the boat show in Houston this year. But they were to expensive. I have some used Nice XS that are about a womens size 4 that Im going to put on the board for her instead.
