Houseboat with Marine Air?

Does anyone have a houseboat with Marine Air? We are looking at a new Houseboat that has Marine Air 3 ton.
Good, Bad or any input is appreciated.

We have a custom houseboat built for our company. We stricly put the guo thermo units on. They are great would not use anything else.

You should be OK with it on a house boat since it won't take the rougher water like a typical yacht with AC but if it's an option you may want to consider several smaller units so that if one goes out you're not completely without air. On our other boat we've got 4 unit's (I forget the individual sizes) one in the salon, one for the bridge, and one for each of the 2 staterooms. On a few occasions we've had one or even 2 go on the fritz but by just leaving a door open or running another a little more we've never been without for the weekend.
