When I turn my key on my stereo will show the fusion logo and that is where it will stay. Tried doing a reset like manual said . that didn't work. None of the buttons work. Not sure what the problem is. Anybody have any ideas

More often then not in the past my head units would stop working correctly they would start working again after a few days. So likely some sort of water damage. I always used "cheapie" decks though because I figured the elements would eventually get to them. Not knowing your system I'd ditch the hu and just run a equalizer.

If you have a transom remote, It can be a bad head unit or remote. Unplug the remote from the back of the head unit, if the radio works again it's the remote, if it stays, the head unit is bad. We have replaced MANY FUSION head units in Moomba.... The power up is very lengthy and most people don't like it anyways.
