You can do it, you need a pair of pliers, a 1&1/8 socket and ratchet, a prop puller, and a block of wood. Remove the cotter key from the drive shaft. Using the block of wood between the prop blade and boat hull to keep the prop from spinning loosen the nut with the socket and ratchet. Don't remove all the way, just several turns, use the prop puller to remove the prop from the tapered shaft, after it is loose finish removing the nut. Find a prop repair shop to do the work. Try to avoid the dealer marking up the repair. I pay $100 in Tennessee, price varies some by region and amount of damage.
