Single flash unit with a snoot?
I acctually really like the wrinkled texture in the sheet but at the same time because it is wrinkled it makes it very obvious that it is a sheet which for me just kinda steals from the image. It makes you know that it is low budget. One other thing i might do if it were me is use a cirular snoot. that way the lighting isnt a box on a wierd angle. otherwise neat image

in regards to the wrinkles if you used a shallow depth of field and pulled the camera away from the background no one would ever know its a sheet...

Joe, if you're looking for constructive (most of the time) criticism on that shot I'd post it here:

My only suggestion Bess pointed out - experiment with less DOF.

i know the sheet's wrinkled, but i just more or less got a bug up my butt to try something new/different(to me). the shot was taken w/, yes, a wrinkled bedsheet, hung up on 2 speaker stands, taken w/ all the lights, tv and computer monitors off, and a flashlight, at 10 sec. exposure and the aperture at f22. it took me 5-6 tries to get it. (maybe 7?)

f22 huh, were you not getting everything in focus at a larger opening?
