I can understand that... I just thought it was pretty lame for everyone to doubt his story, and then spend all that time trying to prove it wasn't legitimate. I didn't think it was worth the effort to say rather, or not, it was true.

Ryan...great choice you finally made...glad you didn't go with the X-80 like you were contemplating. Now you have no excuse not to go pro since you've got the ultimate bling X-star...oh, and make sure you wash your dad's car once in a while for him (or once a day for several years) :-)

Wake is just nice???? Get some lead in there the wake should be insane. Good choice on the NVS speakers they look awesome on the Star and probably don't sound to bad.

I got to ride with Ryan too. Speakers were ridiculous and wake was pretty nasty with just stock ballast. Can't wait to get back out there.

Nice boat. I'd have to say that is one of the best looking X-Star's I've seen and I'm not really a fan of the X. You can troll lures while surfing behind it in the ocean - maybe hook a marlin!!!

Blake- The pics don't shut me up. There was alot of negativity and ego attached to this whole topic and I feel Ryan brought it upon himself. Did he get it? Looks like it and I'm happy for him. I'd love for my dad to buy me an X-Star. But the way he came on here originally talking about it is what got him into trouble on here. He got schooled on how to act. We all work very hard for our toys and to see a kid come on here spouting off his mouth is what irritated alot of people. Jealousy was not a factor for me. He kept searching for information and his story kept changing. Wouldn't you be a little skeptical? Then his ego came out in stereo. Then to see a kid, 19 years old with no posts on here.

I'm happy for Ryan, but don't say that he was right or that he shut us all up. He proved he got his boat, but he just went about it in a very poor way! Respect gets respect. Don't expect to come on here with an ego and expect everyone to like you.

either way, nice boat, ryan. just remember to just be cool. people here don't give a crap about people that brag about their possessions. people will understand your stoke for the sport, as well as your boat, but they won't tolerate shallowness.
