Selling off my houseboat at H&H Marin in Stockton. Hate to sell it, but gotta unload some toys. Has made a great weekend wakeboarding hangout.

How much is it to keep it at H & H per month? Does it run?

Slip fees are $240.00 per month. Engine runs great but has been sitting for about two years. I have yet to connect the steering linkage but have all of the components, just never got to that part since I always used it as a base camp right from the slip where it is connected to 110v and fresh water source.

Sorry to hear that you're selling the houseboat. We'll have to make it out there one more time before it sells for a weekend of riding and fun.

Yeah Rob, tough decision but haven't been getting much use out of it over the last year. I'll let ya know about Sunday.
