i ordered a ps3 grind from buywake today but they are sold out so i'm now looking at maybe buying a slingshot
i'll be at surf expo on saturday so i was wondering if anywhere in Orlando demos slingshot boards

also, what's the biggest improvement in a flex board compared to a regular board?

Biggest improvement would be the flex? Soft landings, clean presses, durable and lightweight!
+1 reflex

Land soft, pop harder, superlight, tough as nails, almost no swing weight compared to normal boards, 4-hole mounting option (awesome)

Perf Ski and Surf should have them

I'll echo what was said above and add...Overall: they are just a "funner" ride. AND, they really help to improve your confidence on your edges. IMO
