my 2 cents, push your hip forward to get the handle pass on the 3 and rotate at the shoulder. If you have the rope into your hip at the top of the wake, wait a second and initiate the the spin. The handle will be there everytime. Once you have the handle, continue to look for the boat and you'll come right around.

Pull the rope into your waist and turn your shoulders when you're getting up the top of the wake, then follow your hips around once in the air. Don't over do it with the shoulders or you'll get a little off axis which can make for a bad landing when you're not trying to be off axis.

I found from snowboarding that sometimes bringing your knees up while in the air helped me with the rotating motion to get around on 540's and things like that. I don't know or understand why it would help me rotate better, but it just did.

make sure you are clear of the wake and in between the wakes before you start to spin. Bending my knees a little helps me, too. Think of yourself in a seated position through the air. It's more balanced and a stronger position for getting the handle.

Shawn: Tucking your legs helps get your body on-axis, especially for taller people.
