So I'm thinking that this year is a good year to upgrade my setup. I'm currently riding an '06 Watson with '07 Watson bindings. Its a great board/binding setup, but is starting to have some wear and tear. I was wondering if anyone is riding the 2010 Watson and if you have any pics of the setup and reveiws of the board or bindings?

I would also consider switching it up. I've heard great things about the Ronix One...I only ride behind a boat (no sliders/kickers) so I'd be looking to stick with that if anyone has a good recommendation.

Thanks.

Hey, I have that exact same set up as you do currently!!! Copy cat.. j/k. I've been contemplating an upgrade to 2010 as well. Local shop near me has demo equipment so I'm going to try and convince them to let me peel of that shipping tape and demo the 2010 board in early April. I think I'm going to try the close tow boots too. I hope the 2010 bindings are as comfy as my 2007 model.

the 2010 watson is sick, if you like the years before youll love this one too, a lot faster removable fins and really consistant pop. not bad for rails either

I just saw the 2010 Watson in person, super cool looking graphics and the bottom of the board design seems like it's gonna have huge pop and super soft landing comparing to the Lyman and seems like it's much better than my 2008 Shane as well. Too bad that they ran out in my size else I would have got it already...

Anymore reviews and comparison behind the boat?

Finally rode my Hybrid behind the boat, it was fun and I barely noticed it was a flex board... I've ridden it on cable before and it presses really well also.. so I'd say its def the best of both worlds.

So I picked up the Watson combination set this past weekend. Man, the air bindings are so comfy. It's hard to think that something could be more comfortable than my old 07 Watsons so I must admit, LF out did themselves. I'm going from board size 142 to a 143 so I'm hoping it doesn't totally screw me up. I'm 6ft and weight 195 so it should be okay I hope.. My 07 bindings I wore size 11-12, these new 2010 close toe bindings I'm in at 12-13 so they run a bit small. I'll post back after the weekend is over. The new 2010 bindings feel much lighter than the 07 bindings. I can't wait to ride, 2 more days!!!!

I definitely love this board and the bindings kick arse !!! The 143 feels a little big for me but super comfy on the landings. The bindings just plain rockl my foot never slipped once inside of them. Two thumbs up from me

Just got my 2010 Watson Hybrid and have ridden it on the 2.0 but not behind the boat yet. I'll let you know when I do.

I will hopefully be getting my Waston setup this week, just in time for my first set. I'm stoked!

Going from a 142 to a 143 probably wont screw you up, the difference in length is about a finger width.
