I am super stoked that someone out there still offers customer service like buywake does. I posted in an earlier thread that I was having issues with my Frank handle from Ronix and was unsure if I would be stuck with a handle with no grip. Buywake told me to use it for the rest of my season and contact them towards the end if the defect got worse. It obviously did, and when I contacted them I got a prompt response from Billy who offered me a credit for the amount of the handle. I just wanted to share my good experience because, so often, people share their negative experiencesthey have with companys and not the positive ones.

They're good people. Their retail store is around the corner from my office. I buy all my stuff from them.
