do you guys have a problem with hurting your ankles when you feet get ripped out of the bindings? everytime me feet get ripped out it hurts like hell and my ankle gets all swollen like I rolled really hard. I make my bindings pretty tight, should I loosen them up so when my feet get ripped out it doesn't hurt as bad?

bendow. I had a pair of '05 Sphynx and my ankles never hurt and I am the master of ripping my feet out of the bindings. That's only because I suck. I did blow out the back of one on a crash though.

it only happens when I eat it on r2r's for some reason. I've gotten ripped pretty hard on some raleys before but it didn't hurt that bad. I guess it's just the position they get ripped out.
