I noticed that the shower pump on out 2001 x30 is leaking. Not a huge leak, but enough that it needs to be fixed. Is there a way to repair the pump or do I just replace it? Also is there a different pump I could replace it with should I need to.

lol...I wish I had that problem!!! Just kidding, you must be on fresh water? I want a shower but since I'm on salt water; how to hold fresh water is confusion...

Anyways, my related experience has been with ballast pumps dying from salt erosion. Took the brass fitting impeller portion off, checked the o-ring and all was fine. Took the motor apart and researched replacement but found a dead end. The pumps, ballasts and prolly shower, are intrinsically sealed to prevent explosion in the engine compartment in case of gas fumes. Unfortunately, a new pump may be the answer...machines break.
