Syncing iPhone to Outlook. (pesos) - Non-Wakeboarding Discussion

My wifes office uses an exchange server so that she can access her outlook via her BB but now she is looking at the iPhone wich works on it too but Verizon charges $15 per month to allow it. I'm wanting to find a way around this charge if there is one.

Does anyone do/have this now? What are you doing?

There is no charge. All you need is a normal data plan.

I have my Outlook sync'd to my iPhone and there wasn't any charges endured from a carrier. You just need to go to mail settings on the iPhone and enter the exchange account information: email address, server, Domain, Username, and password....Hit enter and all your email and contacts will push. It's great and works better then my old blackberry ever did. Best part I find is you enter all your new contacts at your computer. By the time you hit save and pick up your phone the information has pushed.

Are either of you with Verizon? The guys at the store were telling her it would still be $15 just like her BB

I can't believe after all these years this rumor is still out there. Verizon employees are idiots (as are at&ts). $30 plan is all you need. Sync and be happy!
