never tried this trick before. but want to give it a shot. every person i've seen do it, lands way out in the flats and if they come up short... they land super heavy on their back leg. i want to avoid both since i've already blown both knees, riding. but i would like to pick up another invert this summer so i figured i would give the heelside front flip a shot. from edge, to handle placement, to take off, to rotation... all and any advice. thanks bros!

p.s. can it be practiced going slow with a short line? i remember i learned the toeside backroll going super slow on a short line, and taking them one wake at first. softer crashes makes all the difference when building up the confidence to take things bigger...
