Ok, so the family wants to try something new this year. We normally go to the river up near Laughlin. Whats a nice area for a house rental for about 7 days on the delta? I'm hoping for the Delta Riders to chime in on this...

Link is too houses in discovery bay rented out by owners. Which is nice since most of them have boat lifts and near town (i.e. good restruants, movie threaters, etc all within 20 min). Plus the two houses below are only 8 minutes to fast water (in disco bay it can be up to 30 mins of 5mph zone). Also there are 4 great sloughs all over a mile long and up to 5 miles long all within 20 min of each other on the water. Lost isle (google it..lol..not for the family though) is also about 25-20 min from disco bay.

cheers, dc

This one is a very nice house.

This place is awesome, and quite large. We have stayed there.

you know i think they all look good but id stay in disco just because that house that Dra doug posted just came out of no were one year with a dock right in the middle of the slough so people arnt really to frendly about slowing down... guilty a few times... but only id there are no boats present.. just bc it was a fun place to ride after class and before class until those stupid 5 mph bouys went up. so im not garenteeing that somone wont fly by with your boat tied to the dock.. but they do have the poles that supposedly keep the boat away.

We have a house that we rent out at the intersection of kellog creek and indian slough, two minutes from fast water, and with a hoist... might be available for vacation rentals in the summer.
