I was wondering what the water temp. was where everyone rides. Up here in Falcon Lake, MB it probably averaged 62 F, and I could be done next weekend.

Done @ 62? No way!!!! I rode every weekend last year and haven't missed a one yet this year. We're still up around 74. Lopez Lake, Ca.

Yeah, this summer has really sucked. I really wanted to ride without my wetsuit but it was just to cold. We may have had one weekend that got up to 70-72.

Depending on the weather lately, in Washington State the two lakes I board/surf on (Washington and Sammamish) are hovering around the 70 mark. The guys I board with are still in shorts, but I think that may be changing shortly. I have gone to the wetsuit now and due to time and convenience (not temperature) will be climbing into the drysuit this coming week probably.

The time I foresee me not being on the water will be late November till late February (depending on weather of course), which the water temp gets into the high 50s during that time. Anything below 60 for me gets a little unbearable on the toes and hands and takes my breathe away on every fall.

There are stories and pictures out there of the Northwest Hardcore crew out there in the snow, that is when the hot shower on the boats become a must have.

I could only wish to continue riding into October, nevermind November or February. I need go down south sometime. Maybe I'll get lucky and win the fully committed contest Wakeboard Magazine and Gator Boards put on.

Man, you guys got it tough. We had up to 86 on the cold side at Lake Anna VA, and up to 84 on Dam 4 in Western MD. The temps are just starting to drop because of the cool nights.

I'm guessing the water is in the low 50s now here in Sask. It was around 75 degrees mid July but has been dropping ever since.
We had only one day where the air temp. hit 85 degrees in August. They said on the news we had the 5th coldest summer on record this year. I'm sure Jamie you haven't had it much better one province over.

Mid 80's right now in AZ. Drops down into the low 70's but not until late Nov/Dec. Call me a wuss, but I don't know how you guys can ride in sub-70 temps. I guess that's why I live in AZ.

Well I have to say you all have it good. lol we have been riding in 46F ( 8c ) for the last month here. The odd time it will hit 52 (11c) but its numbing to say the least. but if not then the season is way to short. When we start end of april beginning of may we have been in as cold as 43(6c) and in all situations without wetsuit or dry.
Thats Alberta lakes :-(

I ride in very upstate NY (Clinton County) and the water is about 65 degrees. Hope it warms up this weekend as it has been warmer at night the last few days. Could hit 68-70.

I don't understand why people choose to live in such cold climates. We were out last night & my friend claimed that it was cold. It was 11 at night and the air was 70 degrees out. As Gramps said the water is in the mid 70's, Nacimiento is even warmer. In February I use my 3/2 fullsuit & am just fine. Why live somewhere cold? CA forever!!

It was 80 degrees at Greers Ferry Lake in central Arkansas Friday. We normally ride at Sardis Lake in northwest Mississippi and the water temp there is about the same. I thought about breaking out my wetsuit but thought that would be a little wimpy since the air temp was 90.

Aaron- I am mostly riding Cow lake just south west of rocky mountain house. the lake is only 8.5ft deep in its deepest section and it tends to warm and cool fairly quickly with rain or sun. Other then that Chestermere, Ghost and Little Bow.
