Heres what im doing for a buddy of mine, 07 xstar....

13w7
1000 watt arc amp
600 watt arc amp
eq
hse volume control
hse box

fully powdered tower, tinted windows, full custom hand drawn one off wrap coming soon!!!!!

If your thinking about tearing down a tower have fun, i counted 134 pieces (including the walk thru door and some pieces from the boat.)

Wow this should be a cool one to see all done. Man those towers sure do have a lot of pieces, gives you an idea as to why they had problems with them shaking.

yea its alot of pieces, all i know is it took almost a whole box of ziploc bags to keep all the hardware organized. luckily this isnt my first tower teardown.... get the boat back tomorrow, and windows go back on. i just gotta get the tower to powder coating early next week... more pics as i get them

also it would be more if you dont take the windshield off...

That is siiick. The black tower, especially the bit of silver in the board racks and in the supports, really sets it off. One final touch that would make it perfect would be be to powdercoat the windshield frame black

thanks guys,

were gonna do the windshield this winter. this was the mad dash to get is going before summer. stereo was pretty plain just a 13w7 in a box. i took a lot of time over 150 pieces in the tower... wrap is getting designed by my tattoo artist as we speak....

just fyi powder was about $2000.00 including all the time to disassemble and reassemble!!!!

big d, just the tint. but when we do the windshield frame were gonna do all the rest of the stuff in the boat. guages, cleats, grab rails. its gonna be murdered out.
also a full wrap all the way over the topdeck under the upholstry.....

WOW that looks really great. Whats the ballpark cost of powder coating a tower. I know it must be lots or man hours just taking down and putting up, plus keeping track of everythign. Nicely done. Very classy

Wow that is one of the best looking towers I have ever seen. Really sets the boat off and makes it look amazing.

yea right around $2000.00, i think i have about 40 hrs into it. lots of work but it was fun. also if you dont have light or speakers it would be a bit less..... i just saw the wrap and it ridiculos. hand drawn crazy!!!!!!!!!!!! any sugestions let me know kinda got the oppurtunity to go crazy on this boat.....
