Trickle charge

I use a trickle charger on my batteries while the boat is stored for winter. It's an MB B52V23 with dual batteries. Obviously the charger is only attached to one of the batteries.

Will it keep both batteries charged? The batteries are wired together with a perko switch standard from the factory.

Should I switch the charger back and forth every now and then? Should I unhook the batteries?

Put the perko on both or all and you'll be getting the trickle to both batteries.
