subs in the boat, any reason why not to?

does the vibration from the subwoofer affect the boat? will this weaken any structural support or joints?

My concern is that a powerful sub will vibrate things loose on the boat and rattle..

One of my friends said the fishermen will love me cause the subs hit hard enough that the fish will float to the surface!!

You would have to run something like this to vibrate something loose, other than this I very much doubt anything comming loose.
